I have been conducting interviews in the search for a new Property Manager and hope to have someone in place soon. So stay tuned!
I realize that we have not had a resident event in some time and I want to apologize for that. Completely my fault! I am hoping to have a small event sometime in the next 2 weeks. I am sure that once a new manager is in place there will be more events scheduled!
The pool is being cleaned and prepared for the new season. The pool will be opening on Memorial Day weekend – YAY!. We will be in touch with you shortly with the process for you to get your pool passes for the season.
We are continuing to work on some areas throughout the community. I hope you are happy with some of what we have done so far. We are committed to ensuring The Morgan is a place you are happy to call “home”.

We will be completing all residents living on floors 2 through 20 on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 and completing all residents living on floors 21 through P1/P2 on Thursday, April 19, 2018. (these dates are revised from original communication).
The inspection will be completed in-house so no strangers will be accessing your apartment. The inspection is quick especially if everything is operational. If the inspection reveals low batteries or non-functioning detectors they will be replaced.
I understand that many of you have pets and need to make accommodations for them and I am sorry that we are creating this additional burden for you. If you have any concerns or issues please email me directly – I am here to help!

The Morgan At Provost Square – Community Updates
From: Jane Ashwood (ENTERPRISE) April 13, 2018 2:32 PM Subject: Community Updates Happy Friday! So excited that the Spring weather is finally here! I know that many of you will be enjoying the amenity deck and grills this weekend.
The amenity deck and grills have been cleaned. Two of the grills are fully functional (the two closest grills facing one another). The two furthest grills (facing one another) need new igniters – these parts are on order.
It was discovered that the outdoor seating area cushions were discarded at some point. I have ordered new cushions and they will be delivered no later than Monday. I do apologize that there will not be any cushions out for you this weekend but maybe they will arrive earlier!
On another note I have ordered new pool cues and darts for The Pub which are expected to arrive today. Please enjoy!
For the fitness center, I met with the supervisor for the cleaning company regarding the hand sanitizer in the fitness center. He has assured me that the cleaning staff will be checking and filling this on a daily basis. In reference to the water cooler – it seems that the feed for the water cooler is tied into the shut off for the exterior water lines. This is shut off during the winter season as expected for outdoor pipes. The water has been turned back on and we are working on correcting the piping for the water cooler so this is not an issue going forward.
Landscaping is expected to begin shortly now that it seems we will be getting some consistently nicer weather. Cannot wait to see the flowers blooming around the community!
We are working on getting the Pet Salon completed and opened for our furry friends. More news to come on that.

From: Jane Ashwood (ENTERPRISE) April 3, 2018 8:07 PM Subject: Elevator Update Good Evening – First I would like to thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we work with the elevator company to complete the repairs to the elevator. We received an update from the elevator company late today letting us know that one of the parts required to complete the repair did not arrive today as planned. This means that the anticipated repair date of Wednesday will be delayed. We understand that this has been an inconvenience for you and we are so sorry that this repair has been delayed. Please know that we have been and are continuing to work with the elevator company to ensure this repair is completed as soon as possible.
Until the repair is completed we would ask that the residents who reside in apartments on floors 2 through 12 be mindful of the residents living on the other floors and not push both elevator buttons when calling for an elevator. Please only call elevator PE2. If the freight elevator is in use there is only one functional elevator for the residents living on floors 13 through 39. We will make every effort to minimize how often the elevator is taken out of service for freight use while the other one is down..

We are so very sorry for the inconvenience we know this has caused you and have been working diligently in getting this repaired. We have learned that the problem stems from a malfunction in the power board that controls some of the functions of the car. This is not a simple and quick repair as this power board will need to be completely rebuilt. The elevator company has removed this part and they are working on it at their facility. They have assured us that this will be completed no later than Wednesday of next week.
Again, we cannot express enough how sorry we are for this inconvenience but please know that everything possible has been and is being done to complete this repair as quickly as possible.
