Good Morning – I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend – the weather has been amazing! I just wanted to check in with everyone and give you some updates. I have been conducting interviews in the search for a new Property Manager and hope to have someone in place soon. So stay tuned! I realize that we have not had a resident event in some time and I want to apologize for that. Completely my fault! I am hoping to have a small event sometime in the next 2 weeks. I am sure that once a new manager is in place there will be more events scheduled! The pool is being cleaned and prepared for the new season. The pool will be opening on Memorial Day weekend – YAY!. We will be in touch with you shortly with the process for you to get your pool passes for the season. We are continuing to work on some areas throughout the community. I hope you are happy with some of what we have done so far. We are committed to ensuring The Morgan is a place you are happy to call “home”. I want to thank you all for your continued patience and understanding as we work through these transitions.
