Currently PE4 and PE2 are out of service with Otis on site working to fix them.  Only one elevator is servicing floors above 12 and wait times are approaching 10 minutes.  No communication from the building on this one.  When asked about what the problem is, building maintenance blamed the vendor and says they will be getting a new vendor to service the elevators in the next two weeks.  Management (Bill and Jane) are missing and no one else from management is on site today.  So… the usual excuses.
