The Morgan At Provost Square – Elevators Down
From: Jane Ashwood (ENTERPRISE) May 30, 2018 4:19 PM Subject: Elevators Down HI All – An hour ago we experienced a power surge in the area that affected 2 elevators – I in the lobby (PE4) and the garage elevator. The origin of the power surge is unknown however we are guessing it is connected to the construction across the street. We have placed an emergency service call into our elevator company and are waiting to hear back from them.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for you.
Thank you.

The Morgan At Provost Square – Apologies
From: Jane Ashwood (ENTERPRISE) May 26, 2018 11:14 AM Subject: Apologies Good Morning – I understand that the landscapers are on the 8th floor amenity deck mowing and making a lot of noise. I am sorry for this. They were supposed to be there yesterday morning however they failed to show up. They started at 6 pm last night and are finishing today.
I also understand there was some confusion about the key to open the pool fence and that it was misplaced by the front desk. I just heard that this was an issue last year as well. I am will make certain that we have extra keys made and kept in the leasing office in case this happens again.
We all want things to go as planned but sometimes that is not the case! I appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding and I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!
Best,
Jane.

The Morgan At Provost Square – Updates and Info
From: Jane Ashwood (ENTERPRISE) May 22, 2018 10:44 AM Subject: Updates and Info Good Morning! I hope you are all having a fantastic week so far! I am sure everyone is looking forward to the holiday weekend – I know I am!
First, I do want to apologize to everyone for the complete lack of any type of resident event in the past 2 months. I have had some difficulty getting anything planned as I am only at the community 2 days per week and I am completely at fault for this! However…..we are planning on a Spring Social Wine and Cheese Event on May 30, 2018! I really want to meet all of you and give you a chance to meet the rest of the team. We will be holding this event in the lobby to make it convenient for everyone as you come and go to stop and have a glass of wine with us. We will also have water and soft drinks available. Hope to see you there!
I do have some good news! We are opening the pool a day earlier so we will be ready to go on Friday! It is our small way of saying thank you for being so patient and understanding during our staffing transitions. The pool tags are on the way and I will let everyone know once they are ready for you. If they do not arrive in time for the opening on Friday we will be providing a resident list to the lifeguard so you will be able to use the pool without a tag. Each apartment receives 2 guest passes so your guests will also be able to use the pool. Let’s hope for some nice weather! AND all the grills are working now so it is time for some barbecue!
On a final note I want to thank many of you for your kind emails and messages. It really does mean a lot to the entire team to know that so many of you are taking the time to send us these messages. Please keep them coming!
Wishing everyone a wonderful holiday weekend. I will be at the Leasing Office Thursday and Friday this week so stop by if you need anything or just want to say hi.
Best,
Jane Ashwood

The Morgan At Provost Square – This and That
From: Jane Ashwood (ENTERPRISE) May 10, 2018 11:00 AM Subject: This and That Good Morning! I hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful weather we have been having. The spring and summer seasons always make everything seem happier and brighter!
I know everyone is looking forward to the pool opening. It will be opening on Saturday, Memorial Day weekend – we are working to see if we can have it opened Friday instead but not sure if the pool company can accommodate that – we will keep you posted! We have ordered pool passes for our residents and your guests. As soon as they come in we will be arranging to get those to you all. I will be ordering more lounge chairs for the pool area as I understand that there were not enough for everyone last season. If there is anything else you think we need please let me know and I can see what we can do.
I am still searching for a new property manager. I am taking my time as I am committed to finding the right person to take care of this community and all of our residents. You all deserve a high level of service and responsiveness so I need to find the person that can provide that for you. I appreciate your continued patience and support during this process.
I continue to hear from some of you and I want to thank you for your emails and input. I cannot resolve anything unless I know about it. You live in this community and are the people who know what needs attention. Please continue to communicate your feedback and suggestions.
On that note I have received some feedback from some residents regarding two concerns. The first is the use of the laundry room on 7th floor. I have had some complaints regarding people leaving their laundry in the machines for hours at a time which in turn makes these machines unavailable for other residents. Please remember that these machines are not for the use of one or two residents, these machines need to be available to all residents. I am asking that if you do use these machines that you do not leave your laundry in them for an extended period of time. The laundry should be removed at the end of the cycle. Please be courteous and considerate of your neighbors.
The second thing I would like to discuss are the pets unleashed on the 8th floor amenity deck. Please refer to the lease which clearly outlines the rules regarding pets. They are required to be leashed and they are not to be urinating or defecating on any area that is not designated for pet use – it is getting more difficult to ensure that landscaping on the amenity deck remains in tact and the grass is not being destroyed. I understand that the pet run is limiting for your pet and that is something we hope to remedy in the near future, however it is the only area in which a pet is allowed off leash. Please be cognizant of these policies as they are there to ensure every resident is able to enjoy the amenity spaces.
Not much more to report at the moment. If you have anything you want to discuss please email me or stop by the leasing office to say hi. I am here today and tomorrow.
Thank you and have a fantastic day!
Best,
Jane.
