tl;dr Yes, this building still sucks. Look elsewhere.
Management has taken to marking the building as closed on Yelp to prevent new reviews from being posted, and they claim to be “halfway” done with their elevator renovation project:
“We understand that the ongoing elevator renovations have caused some inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for this. We are currently halfway through the project, which involves modernizing the elevators and controller components. Additionally, we are implementing a dispatch system to optimize elevator traffic. Once completed [LOL!], these enhancements will significantly reduce wait times, providing a smoother experience for all our valued residents. We appreciate your patience during this time and are confident that these upgrades will greatly improve your experience in the long run. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.”
Toll Brothers is a joke – they have ignored the elevator problems and complaints from residents for at least SEVEN YEARS, as documented on this blog and every review site on the internet. At this pace, the second half of their renovation project will be complete in 2031. And that’s assuming this project is actually being run competently by this dumpster fire of a company.
