Dear Valued Residents of The Morgan,

As you may know, Toll Brothers Apartment Living is a proud sponsor of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation™. This worthwhile organization shares the vision of its founder and creator, Alexandra “Alex” Scott (1996-2004) — a cure for all children with cancer. Alex was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, an aggressive form of childhood cancer, just before her first birthday. When she was four years old, she told her parents she wanted to set up a lemonade stand. Her plan was to give the money to doctors to help them find a cure. Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation was started by her parents in 2005, the year after she passed away, to continue the work that Alex began. To date, the Foundation has raised more than $150 million towards fulfilling Alex’s dream of finding a cure, funding over 800 cutting-edge research projects at 135 institutions.

On Saturday, June 1 – Sunday, June 9, 2019, we will be helping to make Alex’s dream come true, and you can be a part of it! We will be setting up a lemonade stand at The Morgan!
