Hello To All Our Wonderful Residents of The Morgan,

As excited as we were to do the BBQ Resident Event, we do need to postpone it due to the upcoming weather tomorrow. We will now do it on Wednesday June 5th from 6pm-8pm as it is expected to be clearer skies…… fingers crossed!
We will update the flyers in the elevator for confirmation this week.

Dear Valued Residents of The Morgan,

We are very excited to announce that the pool will be open this Saturday, May 25th. To use the pool, each lease holders need to sign off on the pool rules and pick up a pool pass from the office. We will have a guard checking for pool passes.
Our office is open from 10 AM – 6 PM on Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM on Saturday and 11 AM – 5 PM on Sunday. Please come see us to pick up your pool passes!
Your pool pass will allow you and two guests per apartment home to enjoy the pool during pool hours. The pool will be open Monday – Thursday from 10 AM – 8 PM and Friday – Sunday from 10 AM – 10 PM..

Wow, B— Baggins has emerged from her hobbit hole to open the pool!  It’s a good sign that we will actually get pool passes, maybe we won’t have to deal with people shooting music videos in the pool this year.
