Good Afternoon,
It would be greatly appreciated if we all returned the luggage carts after usage, please do not leave in the hallways.

Maybe the carts got tired of waiting for the elevators.  We kid!  This seems like a common sense request.

Speaking of the elevators, can someone please apply some common sense to their programming so they don’t just idle on middle floors?  Even a simple parking strategy on the lobby floor would be a huge improvement to their current setting.  Please read up for details:
