Continuing the theme of incompetent management, this morning residents were greeted to an announcement over the building loudspeakers that the fire alarms were being tested – AFTER they had already gone off.  Additionally, anyone with two brain cells to rub together would know that you’re also supposed to announce when testing is completed so REAL alarms can be responded to.  At some point, one begins to wonder if anyone at Toll Brothers has a clue how to manage anything larger than a bake sale.

But hey – Halloween party tonight!  We encourage all residents to come in Morgan themed costumes.  Here are some suggestions:

• An elevator that doesn’t work
• A missing Amazon package
• Pool poop
• A false alarm firefighter
• And our personal favorite for those who can’t be there: you’re Absentee Jane!
