PE3 was offline intermittently since this morning and PE4 has been out of service all day.  The front desk doesn’t know why the elevators are out and of course have no idea how to fix them.  The line waiting for the only working elevator that goes above the 12th floor is almost out the front door.  No notice or acknowledgement from B— or Absentee Jane.

Clearly September’s lull in breakdowns was a fluke and the elevators problems have not been solved in any meaningful way.
