We received a report that PE4 is currently out of service and not operating.  Wait times for the elevators are high for a Sunday due to the outage.  Perhaps that is why they put padding on the walls of PE3 so it can be used as a “freight” elevator instead?

Update 2:40pm: Jane reports that the elevator is now fixed and is back in service.
