The Leasing office will be closed today until 3pm. The internal meeting with be taking an additional two hours for completion. We will resume regular business hours after 3pm.

Maybe the team got a late start because they were waiting for the elevators?

Modest proposal:  Move the leasing office to the PH level.  Observe how sales are affected when prospective renters’ first impression of the building is the elevator wait.

Prediction: Elevator maintenance and uptime would dramatically improve.

Bonus trivia: The leasing office used to be on the 8th floor in the empty office across from the Living Room.  Makes you wonder why it was moved to ground level, where it takes up valuable retail space…
