The Leasing office will be closed tomorrow October 3rd until 1pm for an internal meeting. We will resume regular business hours after 1pm.

Absentee Jane: I called this meeting today to welcome B— to the Morgan as the new property manager.

B—: Thanks Jane, what can you tell me about the building and residents?

Absentee Jane: Well, I’ve only been here 6 times in as many months so I can’t tell you much that you can’t learn from the website.  I heard there was something wrong with the elevators that people seemed angry about.  Otherwise things seem fine to me.

B—:  I see.  What are we doing about the elevator situation?

Absentee Jane: Well, I like to blame the vendor whenever there is a problem.  Residents seemed to get tired of that after a while so I just started telling them we would get a new vendor instead.

B—: Who was the previous vendor?

Absentee Jane: Otis.

B—: Oh, that’s odd.  They are a fairly well known elevator company.  Who is the new vendor?

Absentee Jane: Otis.
