I’d like to take the opportunity to introduce myself as your new property manager at The Morgan. I have been in property management for five years and look forward to working with Toll Brothers and all the residents of the community.

Still have a hangover from this weekend’s end of summer party?  Well the only cure better than two Advil is one A—.  Our prognostications turned out to be correct, and it looks like we have a new, full time property manager at the Morgan!

“I will be in the office Monday through Friday” = music to our ears.  Between this, a resident event, window washing, and other improvements, September sure looks like it could be a turning point from the downward trajectory of the last year.

On behalf of all of us here at pleasenomorgan.com, welcome B—!  We are cranky, cantankerous, and always sarcastic, but we are also way more fun than Modera residents.
