Elevator PE2 is not operating however vendor has been informed and will here for repairs. We hope to have it operational shortly. I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Thank you.

We are sure the people renting the Living Room space for a private event today are super pleased with their choice of venue. Also our resident team spotted an Otis truck pulling into the loading bay, which leads to the obvious question: What ever happened to the switch to a new elevator company that management swore up and down was only two weeks away back on August 6th? Lies or incompetence? You be the judge.
Please be aware that the Living Room amenity space is reserved for a private event on Saturday, September 29 from 2PM-6PM. You are welcome to enjoy your amenity space before and after the reserved time.
On September 26 from 6-8pm The Morgan will be hosting a Massage Event. Harborside Sport & Spine have graciously donated their time to do complimentary 10 minute massages. Please call the leasing office to schedule your time slot or stop by the office!
Best,
The Morgan Team
Could you set this up in front of the elevators so we can get massages while waiting for them to show up?
We understand the frustration of the construction occurring across the street and how it may present an issue when approaching the Pro Park parking lot. Please just let the officers or construction workers who are directing traffic know you reside here..
The Morgan Team
We are sure the conversation will go just like this:
Morgan Resident: Excuse me good sir, I am a Morgan resident and this construction is blocking my luxury SUV from accessing its cozy parking space.
Officer: Oh, you are one of the fine residents of the Morgan? I’m so sorry, please let me fill in this giant trench, move the Caterpillar back hoe from the middle of the street, and escort you to the garage so you can park. Don’t mind the row of port-a-johns lining the street, I’ll have someone throw a tarp over them so you won’t be forced to look upon them.
Dear Valued Residents of The Morgan at Provost Square,
I’d like to take the opportunity to introduce myself as your new property manager at The Morgan. I have been in property management for five years and look forward to working with Toll Brothers and all the residents of the community.
As your property manager, I am committed to making the Morgan a happy home for you, I am here to assist you in any way that I can. I will be in the office Monday through Friday and would enjoy meeting you all, I can be reached by phone [Redacted] or by email at bavdili [at] tollbrothers.com.
Toll Brothers and I appreciate your continued residency at the Morgan, I look forward to working with you all.
Thank you,
B A
Still have a hangover from this weekend’s end of summer party? Well the only cure better than two Advil is one A—. Our prognostications turned out to be correct, and it looks like we have a new, full time property manager at the Morgan!
“I will be in the office Monday through Friday” = music to our ears. Between this, a resident event, window washing, and other improvements, September sure looks like it could be a turning point from the downward trajectory of the last year.
On behalf of all of us here at pleasenomorgan.com, welcome B—! We are cranky, cantankerous, and always sarcastic, but we are also way more fun than Modera residents.
Kudos to Toll Brothers and Jane for coming through on this and other resident concerns. We’ve been saving this one for a special occasion:
A fire alarm sounded tonight on the 27th floor. which was caused by food burnt on a stove. If anyone burns food on the stove please do not open your apartment door as the smoke in the hallway will trigger the alarms. It is best to open the windows inside your apartment. The fire department was dispatched and all is fine.
Just wanted to let you all know that everything is ok.
Have a great night.
Best,
Jane.
We’re just happy the elevators were not on fire again. Thumbs up for the prompt communication though.
Could it be? A real property manager of our very own? We want to believe! This is extremely positive news if true. On the flip side, it could have been taken down for lack of budget or myriad other reasons.
Don’t tease us like this, @tollBrosJobs. Will we have someone full time to harangue about the building? For the record, sending Carl from the mailroom to check in every few weeks doesn’t count.
PS – your “Job compeltion image” is broken. Don’t say we never do anything nice for you.
We are planning an End of Summer Party for Friday, September 14th! The event will be held on the 8th floor amenity deck from 6 pm to 10 pm. Please stop by to enjoy some music, food and drinks. More information will be shared shortly.
Hope to see you there!
Best,
Jane.
Music? Food? Drinks? What’s not to love? We certainly love to drink! No word on the music yet, but given how this summer has gone, we think Toll Brothers should go big for this one. May we make a humble suggestion?
Dear Residents –
Please be advised that the pool is closed for the season. We understand that last year the closing was extended for two weeks after Labor Day however the contract for this season was through Labor Day and we were unable to extend it. We are sorry! Next year we will be looking to contract through the end of September.
The good news is that we will be sending out information shortly for our next resident event so stayed tuned!
Thank You.
The Morgan at Provost Square Team
We are pretty sure this means management isn’t going to distribute pool passes this year.
August was a mixed bag for Morgan residents, with a few notable improvements and a few (sadly avoidable) disasters.
Kicking the month off on a positive note, our residents on the lower floors were happy that the smell was addressed by cleaning the trash chutes.
Of course, the elevators broke at least twice this month with multiple residents reporting that building management is not responding or is totally MIA. This month also marked the start of a disturbing trend of Absentee Jane not sending out notices when the elevators were out or when maintenance is scheduled. We are not sure if she is just busy managing her five other properties, or if she is trying to avoid documenting the multiple outages. Either way, the honeymoon is definitely over, as more and more residents are officially fed up with 5 months of all talk and little action.
Fortunately, more Morgan residents have joined our blog and submitted problem reports to help keep management accountable and raise awareness of the building’s issues. We even have ex-Morgan residents and ex-Toll Brothers employees reaching out to express their support. August was a record month for blog traffic, helped along by our switch to our fancy new pleasenomorgan.com domain.
On a positive note, we suspect our “shame campaign” is working as there was a flurry of activity at the end of the month addressing some long-standing open items on our management promises scorecard. The missing gym equipment was restored, the outdoor TV was finally replaced, and we might actually have clean windows again. Let’s keep that momentum going, Toll Brothers.
