Subject: Elevator Update
Good Evening –

First I would like to thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we work with the elevator company to complete the repairs to the elevator. We received an update from the elevator company late today letting us know that one of the parts required to complete the repair did not arrive today as planned. This means that the anticipated repair date of Wednesday will be delayed. We understand that this has been an inconvenience for you and we are so sorry that this repair has been delayed. Please know that we have been and are continuing to work with the elevator company to ensure this repair is completed as soon as possible.

Until the repair is completed we would ask that the residents who reside in apartments on floors 2 through 12 be mindful of the residents living on the other floors and not push both elevator buttons when calling for an elevator. Please only call elevator PE2. If the freight elevator is in use there is only one functional elevator for the residents living on floors 13 through 39. We will make every effort to minimize how often the elevator is taken out of service for freight use while the other one is down..
