Good Afternoon –

We realize that one of the elevators has been down for a few days. We are so very sorry for the inconvenience we know this has caused you and have been working diligently in getting this repaired. We have learned that the problem stems from a malfunction in the power board that controls some of the functions of the car. This is not a simple and quick repair as this power board will need to be completely rebuilt. The elevator company has removed this part and they are working on it at their facility. They have assured us that this will be completed no later than Wednesday of next week.

Again, we cannot express enough how sorry we are for this inconvenience but please know that everything possible has been and is being done to complete this repair as quickly as possible.
