Dear Valued Residents of The Morgan,
We are reaching out today to ask for your support in keeping The Morgan beautiful. We have recently noticed that many pets’ owners have been using the 8th floor amenity deck to walk their animals. This creates an unsanitary environment for all our residents and destroys the landscaping on the 8th floor. We kindly ask that pets are walked at street level to allow for an enjoyable experience for all our neighbors. Additionally, pets are only allowed in designated areas which include the dog run and dog spa. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep your pets on a leash unless they are in the designated areas. Failure to do so can result in fines or removal of the animals from the property.
We thank you again for your anticipated cooperation in helping us maintain a beautiful and clean community for everyone to enjoy.

Overall this is not an unreasonable request, but of course tone-deaf B— takes it to the next level by threatening “removal of the animals from the property” with her usual gracelessness. We also humbly suggest that before admonishing pet-owner residents about only using the designated areas for their pets, that maybe you should take a peek at said designated areas and take care of any lingering maintenance items. Like, for example, the giant giardia-infested lake of sewer water that has been festering in the dog run all week:
Side note: We can’t speak for all residents, but everyone here at Please No Morgan would pay to see B— trying to confiscate a resident’s froofy dog.
